This page explains how Xenio Consulting & Trip S.L. handles your personal data when you visit this site or contact us. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone (optional) and the message you send. We collect no other personal data through this site. We use no advertising or tracking cookies; audience measurement is cookie-free and is described below.
Why we use your data
We use this data solely to respond to your request and follow up. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)). We will not send you marketing without separate, explicit consent.
Who we share it with
The contact form is sent to Odoo, our customer-management system (CRM), where your enquiry is stored. Odoo S.A. (Belgium) provides the software and hosts the database in the European Union as a processor.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, which processes IP addresses and connection metadata as an infrastructure provider.
We never sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact data only as long as needed to handle your request, and at most twelve months after the last exchange. They are then deleted.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request portability. To exercise these rights, write to info [at] xenioconsulting.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We only store your language and theme (light or dark) preference in your browser's local storage, so the site works as you expect. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings. The Google map loads only if you click to enable it.
Security
Data is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS/TLS and hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, with attack protection and encrypted transit.
Audience measurement
We measure how this site is used with Umami, open-source analytics software that Solvetus operates for us on its own server in France (OVH, Strasbourg). There is no Google Analytics and no third-party analytics service — the data never leaves our own infrastructure.
Cookie-free — it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
What is recorded for each page view: the page address and title, the page you came from, your browser, operating system and device type, screen size, approximate location (country, region and city) and browser language.
Your IP address is used only in passing, to work out that approximate location, and is not stored. It is also checked against public lists of VPN and data-centre address ranges, only to label the visit in the statistics; the IP address itself is still not stored.
Visits are told apart by a one-way hash of your IP address and browser, combined with a secret that changes every month. The IP address itself is not kept, and the same visitor is not recognised from one month to the next.
Served first-party — the measurement script and every measurement request come from xenioconsulting.com itself, so your browser never connects to an analytics domain. There is no cross-site tracking, no profiling and no session recording.
Measurement data is kept for twelve months, then deleted automatically. Aggregated monthly totals, which no longer identify an individual visit, are kept beyond that.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how this site performs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because nothing is stored on your device and the measurement only produces aggregate audience statistics, you are not asked to accept a banner.
We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control automatically: if your browser sends either one, the measurement request is discarded at our edge before it ever reaches Umami. If you would rather object, write to info [at] xenioconsulting.com.
